Compensation
Paradigm is proud to offer employees competitive salaries based on a combination of factors, including education, training and overall experience. Compensation is reviewed on an annual basis, and Paradigm takes pride in being able to reward employees for their best work. Sabbatical
: Employees receive a paid 6-week sabbatical leave after their first 7 years of service.

Training & Professional Development
Paradigm is committed to continuing educational and professional development for each of its employees. For this reason, Paradigm will pay for 100% of employees’ approved technical and professional education. In addition, Paradigm focuses on the following three areas in order to fully engage our employees:
Mentorship:
Through the Employee Relationship Management (ERM) program, each employee is assigned an Employee Advocate (EA). The relationship between the EA and the employee is informal and meant to be one of assistance, guidance, and information sharing. This relationship is fostered throughout the employees career, and helps to enable two of Paradigm's relationship and career building success factors - communication and professional development.
Participation:
Employees are encouraged to participate in industry-related forums, groups, and associations, and Paradigm will subsidize membership and course related fees.
Information Sharing:
Paradigm believes first and foremost in the knowledge of our people, and as a result we have integrated knowledge sharing sessions into Paradigm's day-to-day environment. Employees are encouraged to lead weekly lunch seminars in order for them to share their gained industry Best Practices and experience with other colleagues. Both the information shared and the interaction between employees helps foster the Paradigm community.
